For non-perishable items, cancellations or amendments can be made before the order is processed and dispatched at no extra cost. However, if your order has already been dispatched before we receive your request, you may return the goods in good condition within seven days for a refund. In such cases, shipping and delivery costs will not be reimbursed.

​For perishable items, you can cancel or amend your order before it has been processed and dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are only permitted if we sent you the wrong item or if the item is defective. If this occurs, you must notify our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order by using the 'Contact Us' page on our website or emailing info@afriessence.co.uk.
